Week 5: More CSS and Service Bureau protocols
20 minutes: Review of CSS, how to attach/link an external stylesheet to a HTML page. Demonstrate how to take a screenshot of a web page (Command + Shift + 3), and how to crop it for use in Preview or Photo-shop (Sketch 5). Demonstrate how to copy the <BODY> tag styles from a pre-existing stylesheet at Word-press.com to use in your stylesheet.
30 minutes: BRIEF CRITIQUE: Show website progress to date then use class time for in-class editing based on feedback.
10 minutes: Time Machine demo/discussion (if not covered earlier): Bring firewire drives to class (PDF available online, CLICK HERE FOR PDF)
20 minutes: Overview of Service Bureau color self-service color printers and optional instructor-led visit to Service Bureau

Create two different external stylesheets to control the look and feel of your website. Using the screenshot (Command + Shift + 3) take at least two screenshots of your site using Stylesheet #1 and two screenshots using Stylesheet #2.
-Print the 4 screenshots at the Service Bureau using the self-service color laser printer. These prints will be used for a brief comparative critique for Week 6.
-UPLOAD the 4 screenshots to a blog post!!! Invite your classmates to comment on the different designs.
